Bone loss increases as early/soon as we reach our 30s.

Bone loss increases as early as we reach our 30s.

Bone loss increases as soon as we reach our 30s.

Which is the better sentence? If neither how soon I rephrase it?

    Thanks.

The first suggests that this is very early for it to increase.

The second means that the increase starts immediately we enter our 30s.

    I am not a teacher.

Do you really mean the increase in bone loss? If so, then bone loss begins earlier in life and as an ongoing process, by definition, the loss increases all the time. I think what you mean is that the rate of loss increases around the age of 30.

Apart from that, I find the first sentence unnatural. This part just doesn't work for me, "as early as we reach…" I'd prefer "as early as in…"
I'd say that "as early as" introduces the notion of possibility rather than certainty so I would change it to,

"The rate of bone loss can increase as early as in our 30s"

I think the second sentence is a better one but I would still change it to "rate of loss…"

If you don't mean "increases" then you mean it begins around 30, which is not the same thing at all.
