what a bad weather it is! or What bad weather it is!

    Dear Teachers,
I met a question today.Should we say " What a bad weather it is!" or "What bad weather it is!"? and can we say "How bad a weather it is!" Another question, should we say "How bad the weather is!" or "How bad the weather it is!"
I'm looking forward to your help.
    Million Thanks!

    Hello.
We don't "meet" questions - we can see them, read them or encounter them, but not meet them.

    What bad weather we're having!

Don't use "a" before "weather." -- At least, not in American English.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

Agree. One does hear this occasionally in Indian English, but I think it is so wrong it should be marked incorrect rather than dialect. In cases where "weather", a continuous ongoing phenomenon, requires an article, it must be "the", never "a".
