    Dusty

I was listening to an audio podcast and someone said that the other person sounds, 'dusty'. I wasn't quite sure what that meant. I also heard someone say that NZ accent is dusty and was confused. I looked up the term in the dictionary but doesn't seem to offer a relevant explanation. Can anyone clarify?

    Much appreciated.
