Please give me some advices about how to improve english listening .
All the best
And it's not appropriate to address everyone here as "Sir". Many of us are female.
The best thing to do is to listen to English as often as possible. Find online English radio stations and leave them playing all the time when you are at home. You don't have to concentrate on listening to them. Simply having someone speaking English in the background for several hours a day will help you to get used to the rhythm and the cadence of the language. You will gradually find that you understand more and more of the words. You can also watch talks on TED.com - there are some fascinating short talks and I think you can choose to have subtitles in English too.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
