For me, the first is not correct. In the fifth, I would use "on". The others are fine.

I want to express my positive view on European equities, and I want to have more expressions (below) for my view. Please advise if they are correct?
1.We are favourable in European equities
2.We favour European equities
3.We are optimistic about European equities
4.We are positive on European equities
5.We have a positve outlook for European equities
For 4, I would use about, and for 5 on or for.
