Please help to check a note

Please help me check the note in terms of appropriateness. Thank you.

    Dear Sara,
I have heard that you want to organize an end-of -the-term party. I am very interested in your idea, so I may offer my help. Firstly, I can notice our classmates about the party and call them join it together. Then some of them can think some popular and interesting games and its procedure. Finally, we go to the supermarket for the snacks. Hope it is useful to you.

According to your member profile, you are an English teacher. I am a little concerned that you can't spot at least the most obvious errors in this post.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
