I am not a teacher.

If he ran into it he'd probably get a headache.

"The person ran to the bus and got on it."
Is it correct?

I think it should be "The person got on the bus quickly."

My original sentence did not say that I ran to the bus. I say that I climb up the steps of the bus quickly. (I think this sentence is also correct.)

Can I say "I climb up the steps of the bus quickly when boarding it"?

Thanks.

If you want to be overly wordy, yes. And it would have to be a bus with steps. Here, that wouldn't work. There's only one "step" a passenger has to take - from the pavement to the bus. Once they're on board the bus, they might climb the stairs to the top deck.
