I agree. We frequently have to correct such interrogative + to- infinitive? questions asked by members in this forum.

There's an electronic form with many fields on it. I'm trying to ask which fields my colleagues expect to edit. Sorry that I'm not a native speaker so I need you guys help. Thanks!

They are not a feature of AusE. Maybe you'd hear this commonly in native English speakers from Hong Kong or Singapore.
If one is pondering or speaking to oneself, it's possible to say "Now ... what items to edit". I cannot imagine a situation where a phrase like this is actually used as a question to somebody. Can you provide a short dialogue illustrating its use in BrE?
