Hi,

I want to use phrasal verb in this sentence below instead of did not stop or improve.

'The weather was awful! We were there for a week and the storms just never ___________ ______!'

Thanks in advance.

I'm not a teacher nor a native speaker.

I'd say "blew out".

"...the storms just never let up." (Frequently used in AmE.)

Hi,

I have a tutor who always encourages me to use this forums for improving my language. This question was not homework, because I know that should not ask homework here. When I told my teacher the problem, he told me, that person is my classmate, I did not know, that person use this forum too, if I knew that I have never asked that question and because of that I told u I did not copy.

So sorry for any misunderstanding .

I am very much thankful for accepting me again.
