A question about "using them or themselves".

    Hi, teachers.
I would like to ask a question about the usuage of pronoun 'them' and 'themselves.'
    Please see the sentence below.

The Unicorn Beach Resort offers a number of facilities for guests to keep ------- occupied throughout their stay.

Is "them" or "themselves" correct in the blank? Or both of them can be fine?

I am looking forward to your opinions. Thank you in advance.

Re: A question about "using them or themselves".

Actually, either word will work but with different meanings.

The Unicorn Beach Resort offers a number of facilities for guests to keep them occupied throughout their stay. [The resort provides facilities to keep the guests occupied.]

The Unicorn Beach Resort offers a number of facilities for guests to keep themselves occupied throughout their stay. [The resort provides facilities that the guests will use to keep themselves occupied.]
