I would prefer that you try to make sentences with those words and then we will comment on them.

1) " I have back dated the documents 2 days",
" Documents were back dated a month",
" I am going to back date the documents or I am back dating the documents".

2) I think future date should be used as back date,
" I have put a future date on the letter" ,
" I future dated the letter".

3) " He stayed in room lest he disturbed anyone",
"He came early lest I got annoyed",
"Come early so the mother doesn't get annoyed".

In BrE, we use "to postdate/post-date" when we write a date that is later than today's date on any documentation.

Like cheques- you write them now but date them for the future so they can only be cashed when agreed.

Are the sentences correct or is there any problem with them, and what about the "Lest" formations? Please tell.

The conjunction "lest" is usually followed by the subjunctive.

"He stayed in his room lest he disturb anyone".
