How many idioms for this pic can we say? ( I want to improve my idiom/expression part in English. I do look at the pictures and then guess the idiom.)

I'm not sure what you mean by an idiom for that picture. It's a silhouette of a man down on one knee. I would assume he was proposing marriage but he might just be being very charming.

What sort of idiom are you looking for?

Something like: to pop the question, get hitched, to exchange vows. Am I right?

    Ask someone's hand (in marriage)

The only one there that might work is "pop the question". "To get hitched" means "to get married" which they're not doing. I don't think they're exchanging vows either. I think he's simply proposing marriage. We don't know her answer so we can't say for sure that they are getting engaged. She might say no!

He is asking for her hand in marriage.
He is asking her to marry him.
    He is popping the question.
He is asking if she will do him the honour of being his wife.
He is asking if he can make an honest woman of her.

Thank you very much. Would you please explain the meaning of the last sentence?

May I ask a question here?

Is it possible to say "make an honest man (out) of somebody":

Please make an honest man (out) of me.
He is asking her to make an honest man (out) of him.

    Thank you.

    No. All men are honest.

Seriously, no. It is the woman whose honor is affected by consorting with a man while not married to him. According to traditional thought.
