    spell for the salvation

Hi, I have another bit with which I would like to get some help. Writing an article I am trying to spice it up a bit, so that is why I seek such expressions.
Please can someone correct a mistake if there is one in this sentence: "The 'protein' has become a new spell for the salvation because it tastes great and it has a high satiety effect, hence promoting a weight loss. "
    Thanks so far.

I have no idea what that's supposed to mean, I'm afraid, Hela.

    Re: spell for the salvation

See, the transfer of sayings from different languages does not always work.
It was supposed to mean that people have stuck to the proteins like their escape from the problem of obesity pandemics. You can hear that high protein diet is slimming, etc.

    Re: spell for the salvation

"High-protein, low-carb is the latest fad diet/one of the latest fad diets".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
