I need some help with the following task:
"Name chosen dish and place it in the context of the food operation and steps that will be addressed"?
It is a part of a HACCP project (food safety).
Any help will be appreciated :)
I'm not sure what the whole food program is about, so it's hard to tell what they mean by that "food operation".
I suppose it must be explained somewhere in the guidelines of the enterprise.
Anyway, in my opinion, they're telling you to pick one dish, like pizza, shrimps, roasted turkey, whatever
and then describe (I don't know, tell or write down) what will happen to that given dish in regards to the food operation.
In other words, you have to describe the process of dealing with the food within the scope of that project.
That's how I understand it, may be wrong.
