hi,

"If you got problems...
with malfunctioning
equipment...
...I suggest you take them up
with Maintenance, counselor."

I don't understand what "take up" means here...
Does it mean bring them to the maintenance?

Thanks. The reason I was confused is that there is "with" It seems unnatural to me. Wouldn't "you take them up to the Maintenence" better?
