    It's optional. I wouldn't use it.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    I would use the comma. Those are two separate thoughts. The comma would also stop a reader from stumbling on "me and" as if there would be another person after "and".
