    processing food

    Hi,

If I say you can 1) chop the food into chunks, and 2) slice the food into slices/pieces, what can you mince the food into?

Following this pattern of 'verb (process) into noun (shape)', how long can we write the list? Thanks.

Mincing involves cutting into tiny pieces. See definition here.

You could chop something into pieces. Or slice something into chunks. The nouns do not correspond 1:1 with any verb.

That said, there is no standard noun that goes with mincing. If you mince beef, you would end up with minced beef.

You could mince in finely or coarsely if you want to specify the size.
