That's very unlikely. Given that this rap 'song' uses such language as a variant of the n-word that we aren't allowed to write here, it's not intended to be understood outside of the subculture that has appropriate that variant word for itself.
I'm not an expert, but I don't think rap has to mean anything by conventional English standards.
