Hello! I have a question.
When a native speaker uses this sentence " I have been accepted by university" insted of " I was accepted by university", are there any clear reasons why he or she chose the first sentece not using the second one?
I have been studying on tenses but I can't tell the differences between the two.
Thank you in advance!!!
