Without some context, I don't get it either.
Could it be "How is everything with you" or "Is everything all right with you"?

Plz tell me what does it mean: "Is everything with you?". I can't get it. thanks
2. Don't use textspeak/chatlist on the forum. "Plz" does not exist in English. The word is "please".
3. The correct construction for this type of question is "Please tell me what XXX means".
4. Every sentence must begin with a capital letter and end with a single punctuation mark, even such a short sentence as "Thanks."
"Is everything with you?" means nothing.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
Thanks Mike. I'm not a native person. I heard it. Maybe it was those phrases that you say. OK! now please tell me what "How is everything with you" or "Is everything all right with you"? mean?
