    pay-as-you-go

If I was going to say ''I use a pay-as-you-go plan for my cell phone.", does it mean that I have a pre-paid or post-paid service plan with my carrier?

I would assume that means "pre-paid".

    Re: pay-as-you-go

Yes, PAYG or "Pay As You Go" is a pre-paid plan. You top up your credit with money and you can use your phone until that credit has run out. Once that money has gone, you need to top up your account with more money before you can use the phone again.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
