For me, "I won't stay here more than 10 days" is acceptable. The "for" is optional.

You can also say "I won't stay here over ten days". It's not as common or natural though. We tend to use "over" more in the past tense when referring to time. "I've been here over five hours and no-one's even spoken to me yet". "The volcano has been rumbling for over a week."
