Well, I'm not a native speaker, so my opinion may be not very reliable, but I can hear you speak with strong Italian accent and it's hard for me to understand many words.
It's a fairly strong accent. But reading almost always sounds less natural than spontaneous speaking. The intonation is artificial because you don't know what you're going to say next.
I think you need to move the emphasis to the beginning of some words and try to finish each word more sharply (especially if it ends in a consonant) as I am hearing the (Italian) phantom vowel sound at the end of many words. Also some of the embedded vowel sounds are a little too long or not quite distinct enough e.g. the difference between a and e is not clear and they are both often too long. Overall the melody of the sentences is rising in the middle - try being more monotone or just lowering at the end (unless it is a question). Delivered at a good speed though and quite clear. Hope this helps!
