    I feel I have you at somewhat of disadvantage.

    "I feel I have you at somewhat of disadvantage."

    Does it mean,
    "I feel that you are at disadvantage"?

    The fact that it starts with "I feel that I have you", suggests to me that the speaker has in some way created that disadvantage. That isn't necessarily the case though. In BrE, it's usually "I have you at something of a disadvantage".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
