I've eaten a lot of pork chops and steaks

I've eaten a lot of pork chops and steaks.

Are 'pork chops and steaks' both countable in the above sentence?

Yes — hence the use of the plural.

Re: I've eaten a lot of pork chops and steaks

I saw the following sentence in a book:

I ate a little garlic bread and a few slices of steak.

Is it natural to say 'a few steaks' in the above sentence?

Steak can be countable and uncountable. Could anybody tell me the difference, please? Would be grateful if you could give me some examples.

No. "A few steaks" means entire steaks. "A few slices of steak" means slices of one steak.

My mother is serving steak for dinner. (uncountable)
I am having a steak for dinner. (countable)
A little later I will cook some steaks on the grill. (countable)
My brother's favorite meal is steak and French fries. (uncountable)
