I want to know the differences between the word "of" and "among". It seems that the two words similar when we say "of the students" and "among the students"

    Re: differences of words

"Of" has many meanings, more than "among". You should look up the words in a good dictionary. As to whether the meanings are similar in your two phrases, that would depend on context. Can you provide full sentences?
