    Legislation question

    Hello,

I would like to know what does this phrase say:

"Note also that the judgement does not leave unmentioned that the relevant internal legislation actually contained a provision to the effect that the Community could negotiate and conclude agreements in the field covered by that legislation".

    Thank you.

    Re: Legislation question

It says ""Note also that the judgement does not leave unmentioned that the relevant internal legislation actually contained a provision to the effect that the Community could negotiate and conclude agreements in the field covered by that legislation". Are you trying to work out what it means?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Indeed. I want to know what it means or what does it really say.

    Thank you.
You should know that in the legislation there is a part which allows the community the right to discuss and make agreements as long as those discussions and agreements are limited to the areas outlined in the legislation.
