    relating to and related to

While both are adjective and having the same meaning (I assume), I was wondering if they are interchangeable at all.
    For instance, http://www.oxfordlearnersdictionarie...paralinguistic

The definition of 'paralinguistic' is relating to communication through ways other than words, for example tone of voice, expressions on your face and actions. Does it work if we replace 'relating' with 'related'? Are the two basically interchangeable?

    Thanks a lot
