    Welcome, and Thank you for your interest in our designs, we are very much complimented that you would like to present the Mansour Hotel project at the Harvard Architecture and Design Department conference

    To processed, we would like to kindly
    1 Mentioned the reference and designer names
    2 Notes the project presented is a Concept design for AlManouur Hotel 2, and still not constructed, the renovation of existing hotel was done as first action .
    3- If anybody interested to join this project we would be very welcome

    "We are very much complimented that ..." is very unnatural English.

    "We are delighted to hear that you..." works much better.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
