    Is this sentence correct "I have started working there since 2 years"?

    No. I started working there two years ago. I have been working there since 2012.

    "I've been working there since April." [And still am]
    "I started working there in April." [and I might or might not still be there.]

    "I've started working there since April" has a meaning, but it's not what you intend - I'm pretty sure. When did you start work there?
    It means that at some time since April (not in April), I started working there, and I'm still there.
    You can use "I started..." and it still means the same.
