    My relative's asking to get together with me in LA-

    My mom's asking me to fly back to SF with her from LA at the end of May so I/we should be able to get together around then.

    Are both okay here?

    Yes. :) In the second sentence, you should choose we, and I would leave out the word around since you are referring to a specific time, not an ambiguous one.

    Only "we" is correct.
