Hello, is the expression "come to expect" always the same in every tense?

For example, I came across this sentence in an exam book: We have "come to expect" that all news will be at the touch of a button.

I thought that the correct way of using that phrase would be: We have came to expect that....

Sorry, I made an error. With present and past perfect we use the past participle, not the base form. In this case the form is the same, but my posting was incorrect.
