When someone is blocking your way, can we say "Excuse me, you blocking my way, i can't go through"

Was the "go through" is the meaning go pass that way?

Yes, but in this case, you would say "I can't get through".

You can say that, but it seems somewhat rude. A simple "excuse me" should be sufficient.

Sometimes. a bit rude is required, particularly in New York.

I disagree. New Yorkers know how to deal with crowded conditions. It's the tourists, so busy gawking that they don't pay attention to their surroundings, who need a bit more encouragement. "Excuse me - this is my stop" is all that's required if the first "excuse me" doesn't work. Or "Pardon me, could I..." with a nod in the direction you need to go.
