    Are you waken up?

    Are you waken up?
    Have you been woken up?

What is the different meaning between sentences above?
First is asking a person whether he/she is waken. The second is asking is he/she was awaken by something?

    Re: Are you waken up?

The first is not correct. It should be "Are you awake?"
