    Exclamation using all the stimuli

    Hello,

    what does 'stimuli' mean?

W: Many theories and models about speech and communication
exist. Today, I will introduce you to one model, the transactional
model. Remember, this is only one model of many. Letís begin
with a few of the transactional modelís characteristics.
First, as people, we try to create messages using all the stimuli
(or information) from our present and past. That is, we learn
information as both children --- the past --- and as adults --- the
    present.

Stimuli is the plural of stimulus.

At onelook.com, you will find various definitions from different dictionaries.

My preference is the American Heritage Dictionary. It usually puts the word in a sentence.

    Re: using all the stimuli

From the text, it appears to mean information in the form of things like past and present memories which feed into our messages.
