    Each indivisual's mouths vs mouth?

Well gramatically singular should follow after'each', but in this case we already know that this is plural.
mouths or mouth, which one is correct?

I guess I omitted something. There is a group of people. Each indivisuals'/ mouth is/ or /mouths are/ gaged.
