    Have seen or didn't see

    Hi guys,

    We say "Where have you been this is the first time I have seen you in 5 years or I haven't seen you for 5 years, can't we say I didn't see you for 5 years because finally I have met him"?

    Please organise your sentences into something readable. This unpunctuated rambling stuff is impossible to read.
