Hi, is the verb "to feel" used as a linking verb in these sentences?

I feel happy.
He feels sad.
We feel angry.
We feel relieved.
They feel absolutely and blissfully detached.

Is the same verb used as a transitive one in the following examples?

I feel happiness.
He feels sadness.
We feel anger.
We feel relief.
They feel absolute and blissful detachment.

That was a useful link Raymott, but I disagree with the affirmation that any form of "become" is a true linking verb and as such is always a linking verb.

In, "He became proficient in English." it is.
In, "Your scholar's robe becomes you." it isn't.
