    have / make

    1. I did not drop it or mishandled it in any way. Do I have to pay to have it fixed?
    2. I did not drop it or mishandled it in anyway. Will I have to pay to have it fixed?
    3. I did not drop it or mishandled it in anyway. Do I have to pay to make it fixed?
    4. I did not drop it or mishandled it in anyway. Need I have to pay to have it fixed?

What are the differences in meaning of above sentences?
    Thanks

    Re: have / make

Three and four are incorrect. One and two are correct if you change "mishandled" to "mishandle". They have the same meaning.

Neither; they are both natural and common.
