    Where is the 's'?

The sentence reads: There is no doubt that your overseas study will change you in some way or another. I was wondering if we should add an 's' after way because of the word some. Are both in some ways and in some way correct? Are they the same? thanks

"...will change you in some ways or another" is incorrect.
