    Ask the client about

    Hello,

I'd like to know if this sentence is grammaticaly correct:

"When making a reservation, a good agent has to ask the client about the type of ticket they want, their name, and the method of payment they prefer."

Thank you very much for your help

    Re: Ask the client about

You could move about the type of ticket they want to the end if you like.

    Re: Ask the client about

    Hi Tdol,

Do you mean "... a good agent has to ask the client (about) their name, the method of payment they prefer and the type of ticket they want" ?

Is the word "about" correct in this sentence?

    Thank you

    Re: Ask the client about

Even the bad agents need to ask their clients for their names.

So...better "ask the client for their name, the method of payment and the type of ticket they want" ?
