Hi,
I have heard someone answer a question like this:

"What kinds of music do you like?"

"All kinds if I like it. I think it's all beautiful music."

Is the answer natural?

How about "All kinds if I like them. I think they are all beautiful music"?

Thank you!

No, they are not natural.

It would be grammatically correct to say 'I think all music is beautiful' or 'I think all kinds of music are beautiful'.

However, this is clearly untrue.

However, this is clearly untrue.

Sometimes I do hear native speakers say "those or these music". So should I say "Those music are or is blablablahhh?"

And what about "I like most of Chopin's classical music, because they are really great or it is really great"?

if I like it. I think it's all beautiful music.

If you changed this to If I like it, I think it's all beautiful music, it would make more sense to me.

What is the change? As far as I can notice, the new sentence you provided isn't different from the original one.
And by the way, How about this:

And what about "I like most of Chopin's classical music, because they are really great or it is really great"?

I would not use "those music" or "these music". "Music" is uncountable in that use. "This/that music is...'.

For Chopin, "it is really great".

Unlike you, LeTyan, I have never heard native speakers say 'those or these music'.

'I like most of Chopin's music, because I think it is really great.'

What is the change?

I have separated All kinds, and turned the rest into a single sentence, so that the if clause becomes the first part of the sentence. You had divided it into sentences differently.
