    Present Tense / Past Tense

Motherís Day is over. The children are talking about how they celebrated the day for their mother. Complete the questions with the Question Words.

Gigi: I bought a handbag in a department store. How about you, Joseph?
Joseph: I also celebrated this big day for my mother. I bought a dress for her with my brother.
    Gigi: ________ she like it?
    Joseph: Yes, sure!

What's the correct answer, "Did" or "Does"?

Re: Present Tense / Past Tense

You could use either: did (at the time), does (now). I would use "did" since everything else is in the past tense.
