Yesterday, I was reading an article on Arsenal's recent FA cup victory where the writer used a word to describe one of Arsenal's player Aaron Ramsey. I checked meaning of that word which I remember is something like 'to develop some abilities before a particular age', but I forgot the word. Please, could someone help me in remembering that specific word.

I got the answer of my own question. I found out the word by searching my query on Onelook.com. The word is 'precocious', but thanks to Dave.
