    I think you know/I think you will have known/I would have thought you know...

    Hi everyone,

    Are these sentences correct? If they are, could you point out the difference in meaning , if there is any of course. I reckon they all express certainty/assumption.

    1. "I think you know my address."
    2. "I think you will have known my address."
    2. "I would have thought you know my address."

    Only #1 is correct.

    How about these sentences then? Are they correct?

    1. "They are not in the kitchen, they have gone to bed."
    2. "They are not in the kitchen, they'll have gone to bed."
    3. "They are not in the kitchen, they went to bed."
    4. "They are not in the kitchen, they'll be in bed."

    All the commas should be replaced by semicolons. They will then be correct.
