How about using 'all' in this sentnece?

    How are you, teachers?
    I have a question.

If I use 'all' in the below sentence, is it incorrect?
If so, can you explain why?

    Thank you in advance.

Bilton Department Store offers free fabric shopping bags to all customer spending $50 or more.

    Sincerely,

I strongly agree with you in the sense that the word "all" means to include everybody, therefore it should be followed by a plural noun.

Note that I am neither a teacher nor an English speaking native.

It needs to be 'customers' whether 'all' is used or not.

... offers shopping bags to customers ...
... offers shopping bags to all customers ...
... offers shopping bags to each customer ...
... offers shopping bags to every customer ...
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
