Well, I have seen 'many a' before, but never seen 'a many' before.
Is 'a many' gramatically correct?
If it is correct, it should always be followed by singular noun, right?

It's correct, and different from 'many a'.

The expression 'many-splendored' should more properly be hyphenated, as it is in about half of the entries on this page.
