    It's me.

Why, how are wheel bearings supposed to let the rotational force of a wheel spin freely around the axle?

IN MY OPINION, WHEEL BEARINGS LET A WHEEL SPIN FREELY AROUND THE AXLE; THEY DO NOT ALLOW THE ROTATIONAL FORCE TO SPIN FREELY ....

I find the original sentence to be illogical.

    What do you think?

    Thank you.
