The doctor will give him a drug to coagulate the blood.

His lung is bleeding, the doctor will give him a drug to coagulate the blood.

What is the word use for stop bleeding and forms a scab? Caogulate?

The formation of a scab on a wound or of a clot in an artery are both examples of the process called coagulation of blood.

"The doctor will give him a drug to help his blood coagulate" or "to improve his coagulation" are more natural.
