Is there "that doesn't have to be a viewport" or something else?

Hi all! I ran into a phrase where I could catch these words "that doesn't have to be a viewport" between the part "...for that particular panel..." and "...can be any kind of..." on this tape: http://yourlisten.com/Denisius/apassage
But I'm not sure that I recognized them properly. So I'd appreciate it if you check me up.

"There is a panel, uh, toolbar right here on any of our panels that will enable us to kind of choose very specific things for that particular panel; it doesn't have to be a viewport, it can be any kind of panel."

SlickVic9000, thanks a lot. So I didn't make a mistake when I heard the word "doesn't" there, right? The narrator slurs it far more than the other words.
